They sold me a car and a 3 month extended warranty. After the second month I learned the car needed a 2,000 repair and they told me "tough luck". They would not honor the warranty. They sell lemons that work for the first couple of months. My car mechanic told me they tried to cover up the damage so the car would only run till the end of the warranty. The car ended up costing me way more. Ross Automotive is bad business. More

Horrible horrible people...they sold us a bad car that would not pass emissions. They "fixed" it by keeping it for 3 weeks and said they put a new engine in it but for some reason it still runs like crap. would not pass emissions. The car was not even in our name...until a couple weeks ago. We got pulled over for having an expired temp plate and they still wont give us our plates. More
