When we're done and ready to go and they didn't schedule appointment to bring the van back I started to figure out that I probably wasn't getting what I wanted but I told myself that they would schedule in morning as I needed to bring in some information in the morning and it would be dealt with in the morning. Well it wasn't and I am becoming more and more unhappy. I am having trouble getting the back gate closed and thinking about what it is going to take to fix it and how much to also get tow kit installed. More

Even when I’ve ended up in the service drive because things have gone less than ideally, Shane finds a way to make it ok and on top of that, make me seem like the most important person at the dealership.
