While it is Toyota's decision to recall and ground any vehicle with signs of an issue, we at the dealership have the difficult burden of trying to accommodate any customers who have been inconvenienced by this manufacturing issue. I can assure you we try our best to accommodate everyone, there are however only a limited number of vehicles available and only a very small number of trucks. Toyota does not supply us with any extra resources to accommodate customers affected. I would encourage you to call Toyota's Customer Experience 1-800-331-4331 and voice how this recall has affected you and we will continue to try and make the situation better for you.
