My car was scheduled for a safety recall resolution. The entire experience was pleasant, the Service Department seems like an efficient operation, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and welcoming. Paul was my service adviser, and he was quite accommodating and a really nice guy. It was a pleasure to meet him. I cannot really rate the quality of the work, not knowledgeable enough to know, but it appears to have been done as planned in a timely manner. I was offered a ride home or whatever I needed, but chose to enjoy spending some time in Roseville! Pretty great day overall. More

Lousy service! I had my SUV serviced for oil changed and tire rotation. Tires were underinflated but invoice states tires at required psi, oil change reminder was n I had my SUV serviced for oil changed and tire rotation.
