My car was scheduled for a safety recall resolution. The entire experience was pleasant, the Service Department seems like an efficient operation, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and welcoming. Paul was my service adviser, and he was quite accommodating and a really nice guy. It was a pleasure to meet him. I cannot really rate the quality of the work, not knowledgeable enough to know, but it appears to have been done as planned in a timely manner. I was offered a ride home or whatever I needed, but chose to enjoy spending some time in Roseville! Pretty great day overall. More

Overall, the people are nice, friendly and helpful. One thing that was of concern was that the map lights were never turned off after the inspection and became hot. Lousy service! I had my SUV serviced for oil changed and tire rotation. Roseville Toyota's service SUCKS! I paid for a Lithia Lifetime Oil Change.....tried to make appt but when I said "Lithia Lifetime" they said I would have to be scheduled late in the I paid for a Lithia Lifetime Oil Change.....tried to make appt but when I said "Lithia Lifetime" they said I would have to be scheduled late in the day.....took them 2 1/2 hours to change my oil. Will NEVER got to Roseville Toyota again! (they only schedule cash customers earlier in the day) More
