Always had good service in the service dept BUT they could not explain to my satisfaction why my 2020 RAV4 Hybrid had a dead battery after being parked only 4 days at the airport and leaving me stranded could not explain to my satisfaction why my 2020 RAV4 Hybrid had a dead battery after being parked only 4 days at the airport and leaving me stranded for 3 hrs. Never had that problem with my 2005 Highlander. I found a lot of stories on the internet of dead batteries with hybrids. Where is the fix, Toyota?! Service Dept insinuated it was MY fault. I don't know which person was my service rep but had to mark one. More
