Thank you for contacting me. I appreciate it. My issue is needing a new sidestep for my 2009 RAV4 limited. I spoke with you on April 1st and sent pictures of the sidestep needed per your request. I have been trying to have this issue resolved since September 2021. Several personnel dropped the ball in following through on this request. That is why I directly contacted you. I appreciate you resolving this matter for me. Thank you.
