This was my first experience for service at Roseville Toyota and my expectations were very much exceeded! Kyle was my service advisor and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He gave me Toyota and my expectations were very much exceeded! Kyle was my service advisor and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a quote right up front and kept me updated throughout the entire service. Once my car was finished, he explained everything that was done to my car and gave me recommendations. I definitely recommend Roseville Toyota for service. I’ll be going back for all of my future service needs! More

30K mile scheduled maintenance, 2015 Prius. The service process was well organized and staffed. I was assisted by five different individuals, one after the other, starting almost immediately The service process was well organized and staffed. I was assisted by five different individuals, one after the other, starting almost immediately when I arrived. My total combined wait time was less than 10 minutes. Everyone was personable and professional. All my concerns were addressed, all my questions answered. The car was ready to be picked up on schedule. I have no suggestions for improvement other than lowering the cost. More
Went to dealer with coupon they sent for oil change. After over an hour wait they texted to say they recommended air filter change which doesnt seem it shoukd take an additional hour! My latest service was the worst experience so far. I had an appointment but still spent over 3 hours at the dealership.. when I heard nothing after 2 hours, I stood and waited for over 20 min for my r I had an appointment but still spent over 3 hours at the dealership.. when I heard nothing after 2 hours, I stood and waited for over 20 min for my rep just to find my car had been done and he had a stack of done service sheets that he dug through to find it. No apology or explanation . I waited another 25 min for my car while the valet brought down car after car walking past my car each time. I even went up and asked again that I’m still waiting and the guy said my keys weren’t there so someone is getting it and returned to his conversation with another worker. . Horrible experience. More
