They definitely overbooked by looking at the line of cars backed up into the street at the automall. At the end, my service representative called me to advise me the job was done. When I approached his desk, a bald short lady who I assume is the manager was verbally demoralizing him in front of his colleagues and customers such as myself as I waited 10 minutes, awkwardly in silence. Something about how the billing was wrong, etc. which you should address in private. I told the poor guy that this wasn't ok, and he responded by being nothing but professional. I received my key and had to speak with a young blonde lady who was pretty rude, especially to the guy ahead of me. No sincerity, just "next in line". I used to love this dealership and the professionalism they exuded. Once my warranty is done I will not be coming back.. More

Brought Toyota Tacoma PU in for oil & filter, and transmission fluid change. Next day had a puddle of transmission fluid on floor of garage. Turns out to be a bad gasket on drain plug. Waited almost 3 hours at dealership and then told wrong part ordered. Sam from Service Dept handed me free oil change certificate which was appreciated. Been waiting since September 2021 for Part.
