Went to purchase a truck for my son. Very deceptive dealership said a truck was ready come in and make a deal. Drove four hours looked at it and it wasn’t clean or been through a smog. Salesman William Garcia said it’s a formality they’ll have it cleaned up and pass smog before we finish the paperwork on the purchase. Waited all day wouldn’t pass smog. Was told it would be ready the next day or they would deliver it to my home. Next day still no smog pass, went home… found out my cash offer was withdrawn from my checking account. Long story short this went on for 4 days before I requested my funds back. Dealership GM said it would take me 5-10 days to refund my purchase??? this is not a honest ethical dealership….they’ll do anything to make a sale even lie. Don’t trust this dealer. More
I bought a 2015 Tundra from Roseville Toyota. I declined all the upsells. The vehicle came with a 60 day warranty. After driving 2 days and putting about 60 miles on the truck I discovered an intermittant shimmy/ vibration at about 60-65 mph. I took it in to have them eliminate the vibration. They had it all day, then reported the shimmy was caused by aftermarket tires and wheels & any balancing would only be temporary and would not be covered by warranty. They charged me $209 to diagnose & recommended having them install factory tires and wheels for only another $2700. I feel violated and will not be returning to this dealership. Was a very uncomfortable experience. More

I was told I was buying one model and the car was actually a different model. While I love the car, there are features I was expecting and were not available on this model. I felt service was lacking and very dissatisfied with the lack of response when I was concerned of a problem and needed clarification and it was awhile before I received a call which helped put me at ease. While I realize it is never an easy transaction, so much money is at stake, I expected more professional customer service. Especially when there is a problem I think even when a situation is uncomfortable every effort should be made to put the customer at ease. More

My family and I had the worst experience today at Roseville Toyota . We told Rafael what our budget was and what we were looking for. Then came in JD and Ali who said we will give you the best deal o Roseville Toyota . We told Rafael what our budget was and what we were looking for. Then came in JD and Ali who said we will give you the best deal on the 2024 Toyota XSE. We sat there waiting for 5 hours and finally Ali comes and shakes hand saying we have a deal . Rafael comes and hands us the key and says he is giving car for detailing . Then comes JD saying the bank rejected the loan . I may not have the best credit score or a lump sum for down payment but I can assure you I don’t cheat people. If you don’t have a good credit score and a lump sum for down payment I recommend don’t go there and waste your time . There are sales man who say they will negotiate with you but it’s a lie. The part that is disheartening the most is the handshake where you close the deal and then go against your words . I can guarantee the car was sold to someone else. That’s not professional business, it’s cheating . My family and I may be disheartened but we didn’t loose hope . More

Honestly, miserable buying experience. Would not go back. Every stereotypical used car sales thing you can think of occured. Dealer lied about price over the phone. Dealer tried to force extras on me I did not request until I said I would blow this deal up unless removed and then made it seem like they were doing me a favor by removing them. Wanted wife on title and she wasn't nearby so sales person offered to go get her signature, once I accepted which he obviously wasn't expecting he said oooh actually I can't do that. Dealer ran financing without clearing terms with me and through a different lender than I requested, but by that point in the interaction I was too worn down to do anything about it. Dealer did not the test hybrid battery as agreed upon. Despite clearly asking about return policy (because they did not test the hybrid battery) dealer misrepresented return policy and associated costs and it was only made clear by the finance lady at the very end of the deal. Took close to 6 hours to buy a used car, even made my friend who came to drive my other vehicle back home purchase his own cup of coffee which is beyond cheap for this kind of interaction. The car is nice, although now with a little more time in the car the detailing job was kind of shoddy as well. Crumbs and mess under the seats and in the storage areas still. Ultimately satisfied with the car but I will never set foot in this business again. 0/10 More
