I had to take my truck in for just annual check ups, and maybe new tires because it had been a long time since they were changed, and the staff were very helpful. I personally worked/spoke with Elmer and Al maybe new tires because it had been a long time since they were changed, and the staff were very helpful. I personally worked/spoke with Elmer and Alex. Honestly, I was worried about going to a car dealership by myself because I know very little about cars and I knew it would be really easy for someone to rip me off, but these two were great. They were honest with me about what I should do and where, to save money and were patient when I asked them to repeat/explain almost everything they said. I really appreciate their honesty and patience, and I told them that, and they said they just truly wanted to help the customers find the best, cheapest solutions that they could. I will recommend Roseville Toyota to anyone for the honest nature that their employees have. This is also not the first time I was given considerate and patient service here. Thank you Alex and Elmer, and the rest of the staff too. More

I had spoken to a gentleman named Romeo who was to hold a vehicle for me and he is in the fleet department. I received an email that the vehicle had come and had set to arrive at the dealership the next day. vehicle for me and he is in the fleet department. I received an email that the vehicle had come and had set to arrive at the dealership the next day. I was then told the car did not come in. Understandable this happens. I was able to purchase a vehicle at Folsom Lake Toyota. I have now received 10 calls from the dealership after requesting specifically to not receive any calls as I have purchased a vehicle. Today 09/15/2020 I received another call and was hung up on. At this point in time I am writing this review to stop the harassing phone calls and bring attention to the right person to accomplish this.. I am not going to purchase a vehicle from them nor would I ever in the future. More
