It's nice to have that peace of mind. It's also nice that she is a woman because I can talk to her person to person and avoid all the "I'm the man and I know more about cars than you do" attitude that I often get when I deal with male service personnel. So far have been very pleased with the experience and also the courtesy call follow-up on my new Toyota Tacoma.
