COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!! Wish I could give it 0 stars!! I went there after talking with a sales rep on the phone about a 4runner lease special they had advertised. I told him(Nick) I was very limited on time went there after talking with a sales rep on the phone about a 4runner lease special they had advertised. I told him(Nick) I was very limited on time and couldn't afford to spend all day negotiating back in forth at the dealership. I told him the specific vehicle I wanted, my budget, and if they couldn't make it work that it was no problem. He insisted that I would be in and out and that since they're a larger dealership and were instructed to get rid of this specific inventory by EOY, they were able to adjust numbers to get me the car I wanted. He was so confident, he said he'd fill my gas and buy me lunch if it didn't work out. Well, that was a FAT lie. When I got there after driving over an hour, they went to go get Nick, and immediately introduced me to a different sales person named Robert Firth. I gave him the same spiel, he was friendly and didn't seem overly pushy which I liked. He showed us a few different options and seemed pretty confident that they could get me the car I wanted within my budget. I agreed to have him run my credit to get the process started. The lease special advertised was $2,999 down $379 per month ( 24mo lease at 12k miles per year) + tax, license, title and registration fees. I was frustrated when they came back with an offer that was over double, after we had already discussed that I wasn't there to waste time negotiating. ($6k down and $465 per month for a 36 month lease at 10,500 miles per year). I thanked him, told him that was far out of my budget and that I wasn't interested. Then came the pressure, the supervisor, and every-time I tried to walk out, they assured me that if I stayed just a few more minutes, they'd get the numbers down to meet my budget. Long story short, I ended up stuck there for 7+ hours after trying to leave multiple times. After we finally settled on a price, he showed me the car I was going to get. It was an upgraded 4runner with leather interior, a moon roof, and heated seats. My grandma and dad had been waiting in the car this entire time, we were all STARVING. When I told him, he offered to get us lunch, well... we waited over 3 hours for his "postmates" to arrive from a restaurant that was 8 minutes away. Pretty sure lunch was a lie too. The next step was adding my insurance and completing the finance paperwork. When I went to go get the VIN number from "my new car" Robert quickly ran over and stopped me with the vin printed out. (My first red flag) Then when I went into finance, I noticed details on the contract were different than what we agreed on. (another red flag) There was added fees that I declined that were "automatically included in installation" and was told I couldn't remove them, and the lease changed to 10,500 per year. They said it made more sense. I was so ready to get out of there that I let it go. I think I'm finally getting out of there and have to wait another hour for my car to finish getting detailed. The car was still there in the same spot. When I I told him, he said that was another white 4runner (another lie). Here comes the icing on the cake (BAIT AND SWITCH) !!! Finally get the keys to my new car and quickly come to find out it was a down graded vehicle, that we never saw... they tried to act dumb and apologize that nothing like this has ever happened before. Then he goes, "well do you really need the moon roof?" They lied about everything, tried to say that they showed me the vehicle beforehand and said they couldn't give me the moonroof for that price (even though the msrp on my offer matched the msrp for the 4runner with the moonroof.) They had already sold the car that was "sold to me." Everyone was well all aware of the scam, even the General Manager offered to knock off $500 for the downgraded 4runner. I was so disgusted that they continued to lie, argue, and take advantage of me. They showed no remorse, no respect for the customer whatsoever, all I wanted was for them to make it right by switching the vehicle to the model I was sold. The contract was shredded and I never even got a phone call or apology after I left. More
BEWARE SCAMMERS, We went there on a ad that advertised a 24-month lease a amount of money down and interest rate, when we showed them the add they said they couldn't do it, it was just a way to get customer 24-month lease a amount of money down and interest rate, when we showed them the add they said they couldn't do it, it was just a way to get customers. The Salesperson brought us over a upgraded 4Runner for us to look at,we agreed on a price, he wrote down the MSRP and ID numer on the preliminary contract, once we finalize everything multiple agreements were changed, when we got into the vehicle after they cleaned it, (BAIT AND SWITCH) it was a down graded vehicle, we never saw... they lied about everything they were all aware of it even the General Manager. They switched the ID number, when we caught them, they tried to charge us more money, we left without the car after 7 hours, also they wouldn't let you leave for lunch, they told us they would have food delivered, that went on for 3 1/2 hours, never ordered all a lie .I asked you to make things right, told you a call me within a hour, no call , everyone involved was aware of the scam, you should all be ashamed of yourself More
