Seems like customer service has declined. The service coordinator wasn’t very friendly. For someone working in customer service he seemed annoyed like I was bothering him. He was asking me unnecessary questions like what day I scheduled my appointment. Am I supposed to remember the date if it was weeks ago? He left me a message to tell me my car was ready so when I went to his desk he gave me attitude asking me to show him the text. I explained he called me. He seemed lazy just kind of threw the paperwork didn’t go over anything. Like I wasn’t worth his time. Seems like perhaps workers there need experience working with diverse populations. In the last few years we’ve bought 3 new Toyota’s. 2 there, but the recent one we bought from another dealer. Roseville Toyota was my go to dealership not only to buy my new cars but for service. We will be purchasing another Toyota within the next year and just thinking of taking our business elsewhere. More

Service was good in the beginning. The work was good in a timely matter. Butt check out was the worst thing there. I waited for me service worker to finish with the customer before me. He calls a other customer to get there car. That was nowhere in sight. Then appears up to pay. A other ten minutes. Then the previous customer comes back. Then takes service person away. So stood there for a total of 45 minutes. With no help. I just had to sign and go. Got help from other services person. Don't want this to happen to people. Should just have the cashier's doing the end of service More
