Everyone was personable and professional. All my concerns were addressed, all my questions answered. The car was ready to be picked up on schedule. Went to dealer with coupon they sent for oil change. After over an hour wait they texted to say they recommended air filter change which doesnt seem it shoukd take an additional hour! My latest service was the worst experience so far. I had an appointment but still spent over 3 hours at the dealership.. when I heard nothing after 2 hours, I stood and waited for over 20 min for my r I had an appointment but still spent over 3 hours at the dealership.. when I heard nothing after 2 hours, I stood and waited for over 20 min for my rep just to find my car had been done and he had a stack of done service sheets that he dug through to find it. No apology or explanation . I waited another 25 min for my car while the valet brought down car after car walking past my car each time. I even went up and asked again that I’m still waiting and the guy said my keys weren’t there so someone is getting it and returned to his conversation with another worker. . Horrible experience. More

They always get me some good deals.
