Terrible experience! I strongly advise avoiding Roseville Toyota due to their incredibly deceitful sales tactics and blatant disrespect for their customers' time. After test driving a used Tesla, we negotiated with Assistant Sales Manager Jordan Boozer and explicitly agreed on a final out-the-door price and a full vehicle detailing. Jordan left to check on the best financing rates, but after leaving us waiting for 30 minutes, he never returned. Instead, another sales manager named Quinn Jennings-Moore came out and attempted to completely restart the negotiation process from scratch, acting as if our established agreement with Jordan never happened. We immediately walked out rather than dealing with this classic bait-and-switch maneuver. Do not let the management at Roseville Toyota waste nearly three hours of your day with this frustrating runaround. More
