Professional staff and good service. I unfortunately had a screw in my tire and was afraid to go anywhere because it was leaking air and the tire light was on in the dash. So I immediate I unfortunately had a screw in my tire and was afraid to go anywhere because it was leaking air and the tire light was on in the dash. So I immediately went to their service department and asked for assistance in replacing my tire. No time to make an appointment in this case. They took my vehicle in and about 2 hours later it was done, this was on a Sunday morning no less.. I was sticker shocked on the price of rubber now days but happy they were open to help me! More

I am always very impressed with the service, energy, accuracy and general friendliness of staff, including Sam, at Roseville Toyota. The report back from the tech and service manager is easy to understand and it makes it possible to prioritize the things that need to be done. I have a 2001 Avalon with over 353000 miles on it. It has 2 temperature control dials…for driver and passenger. Recently, the one on the driver side started to malfunction…it was hard to turn. With cold weather right around the corner, I had to have this fixed. It required a part that has been discontinued by Toyota. So, I made a few calls and was lucky enough to find an entire temperature unit that contained the part in question. Chris had it installed for me today and it works flawlessly. This unit was probably one of the few available in the country!!! Long story short, Chris’ customer service is what keeps me coming back to Roseville Toyota. I have been coming here for years…even for oil changes. They take good care of me and I appreciate it!! More
