I am extremely please with the service from start to finish. It is easy to make an appointment and get my vehicle serviced within a very reasonable timeframe as opposed to other dealers that require th finish. All the staff are outstanding and the service adviser was informative and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Can't remember a more functional and convenient auto service center. My experience with Roseville Toyota was extremely disappointing and honestly raises serious questions about how they handle used vehicle sales. I purchased a used 2022 Tacoma from them “as-is,” an disappointing and honestly raises serious questions about how they handle used vehicle sales. I purchased a used 2022 Tacoma from them “as-is,” and within 24 hours the check engine light came on. Not weeks later—the very next day. It’s hard to believe a problem that immediate wasn’t already present before the sale. I contacted the dealership right away, and the manager had me bring the truck back in. They kept it for about a week, which gave the impression they were taking the issue seriously. In the end, however, I was simply told there was nothing they would do and that I was on my own. “At-is” should not be used as a blanket excuse to sell a vehicle with an obvious, immediate issue and then walk away from it. When a problem shows up this quickly, it calls into question the quality of the inspection—or whether the issue was known and overlooked. What’s most frustrating is not just the problem itself, but the complete lack of accountability or effort to make things right. Even a minimal gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way. Instead, the response was essentially: not our problem. If you’re considering buying a used vehicle here, take this as a warning: Do not rely on their inspection, and do not expect any support if something goes wrong—even immediately after purchase. Have the car independently inspected before you buy, or be prepared to handle expensive repairs yourself. More

Had a great new car buying experience at Roseville Toyota. Special shoutout to Shabir Zaka, my internet salesperson there. Very nice, easy to work with, and a straight shooter who kept his word. I greatly appreciated how he followed through in getting me the car in the trim, color combo, and options I sought at the same out-the-door price we had agreed upon over the phone. I drove up from the San Jose to complete this deal the next day. Of course I had some qualms whether the deal would go through and make my 280 mile round trip worth my while, but I needn't have worried. Shabir had everything ready as promised for me upon my arrival. I was able test drive and ultimately complete my purchase and drive home in the car within a few hours. I think the overall experience has been good each and every time I get service for my vehicles. I want to make that clear. However this visit did not meet my expectations at all. Was called by Gary from every time I get service for my vehicles. I want to make that clear. However this visit did not meet my expectations at all. Was called by Gary from service at 801am to ask me if I wanted to have additional service performed .and I chose yes. I had work to keep busy, but by 1031a I had not had another call from Service to update me. Transmission and Brake fluid changes do. It take this much time. When I reached Gary he said “had to change techs, let me check and get back to you”. Gary was nice but not knowing how things were progressing and my having to call was not normal for Roseville. Felt like poor communication internally, and in the meantime I had to wait an additional hour to have services done. Now it felt rushed due to my inquiry. I was called back to say it was done at 1133am. I’m not even confident the $550 I paid for the services actually happened. I will trust since always been good. I had to wait an additional amount of time as the valet for my vehicle looked for my car and then had to ask me for my paperwork again and finally someone else found my car and apologized. Like I said wasn’t to the normal standard. I will be back as I’m not that kind of consumer. But you asked for a review so this is what happened More
