Overall had a good experience at this location. While I was waiting for my oil change, I went to the parts department and purchased some items. Not realizing I had gotten the wrong product initiall While I was waiting for my oil change, I went to the parts department and purchased some items. Not realizing I had gotten the wrong product initially I went back to return it and found out they could not refund the (big) amount back onto my debit card and requested to mail me a check. It has been almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t received the check sadly. Secondly, I was at this location for over two hours waiting on a simple oil change before I called my tech advisor to ask what the status was. My car had been done (for who knows how long) but “while they had me on the phone were curious about doing more services”, I hadn’t allotted for that timeframe, so I politely declined. Then my advisor couldn’t find anybody to bring my car back to me as it was parked somewhere out in the lot. Was a little frustrated with a few of their systems, but have hopes for a better time the next go around. More

Professional staff and good service. I unfortunately had a screw in my tire and was afraid to go anywhere because it was leaking air and the tire light was on in the dash. So I immediately went to their service department and asked for assistance in replacing my tire. No time to make an appointment in this case. They took my vehicle in and about 2 hours later it was done, this was on a Sunday morning no less.. I was sticker shocked on the price of rubber now days but happy they were open to help me! More
