I can't give this dealership any kind of a rating beyond zero. We went in, with an appt with the finance person, to pay off our lease. They shuffled us through 4 different sales people each one trying to hu zero. We went in, with an appt with the finance person, to pay off our lease. They shuffled us through 4 different sales people each one trying to hustle to an upsale; first it was an exterior and interior coating; next guy wanted to sell s a new car (ours is 10 moths old), The third one was selling extended warranties. Each one asked us the same questions over and over again. We were there 2.5 hours just to buy out our lease. By the second person we were getting annoyed and pushed for the financial person and the bottom number. Our requests were ignored and up came number 3. I cannot say how annoyed we were. Even the 4th person ran us through the same questions again but at least he gave us the correct paperwork to sign. I'm 80 years old and my husband is 84. Between us we have both many, many cars and nothing like this has happened to us before. We did not buy the car from this dealership but have been bringing it there for service. We've now decided to travel 15 miles to another town and have the car serviced there. I won't give them a nickel of my business ever. More
If you are buying a used care here make sure you are aware how many keys come with it. Bought a newer used car. They didn’t properly clean the car. Did not fill the tank. Left stickers on windows. Shabir Zara and Esteban Lopez were professional and friendly. I was met by Shabir and he showed me the BZ4X line up. We went for a test drive. Michael Nelson and toyota keep sending me unwanted emails with no way to unsubscribe. They obviously got a bad email address but do not check to see if it's a valid customer email before they start s emails with no way to unsubscribe. I was a cash buyer and still spent 6+ hours at this dealership. During that time, We saw a lot of employees standing around laughing and talking with each other while customers waited in the lobby. Every time we asked a question it took an exceptionally long amount of time for someone to return with an answer. I was a repeat buyer at the Roseville Toyota dealership..I’ll never buy another car at that dealership! More
This dealer advertises a price that does not include its $1,000+ mandatory add-on for Lo-Jack. We placed a deposit on a used car that was not ready to test drive. After 3 more visits over the next 3 days to $1,000+ mandatory add-on for Lo-Jack. We placed a deposit on a used car that was not ready to test drive. After 3 more visits over the next 3 days to the dealership to complete the deal we spent over 12 hours sitting at the dealership with long periods of no activity. Reasons given were: can’t find the car, can’t find the paperwork, car not prepped and ready for test drive.. we had an 11:00 am appointment to drive the car and at 2:30 the car showed up dirty inside and out. We had to sit for another hour for the car to be cleaned. This was after a 3.5 hour drive to get there in time for the appointment. Our negotiations were initiated by one sales person and handed off to his manager who had no idea what the conversation had been to that point. The sales team was disorganized and inefficient. The finance team was OK. The sales manager made inappropriate comments about his subordinate and about how our long periods of wasted time were worth it because we were getting a great deal. Bottom line is that this dealership is off of our list of future dealer options. By far the most frustrating car buying experience in 50 years of purchasing cars. More
