We purchased a new vehicle today and worked with Bob (Sales) and Amber (Finance). This could not have been a better experience! He even gave me his opinion (per my request) based on my concerns between the two I was interested in. Amber was so incredibly fast! I don't think I've ever been through finance in under 10 minutes before.. wow! I received a great deal and was super happy! On my drive home, Bob called me to inform me he found another rebate I was eligible for that he had missed. I have a check coming to me! Who offers more deals after the sale is made?!?!
