Great People! Everyone was so nice and polite when we went in! They took the time to let us test drive the car we wanted during the day AND during the night. We never felt like they were trying to talk over our heads about car facts (like dealers at other places did) and were always nice and welcoming. We will most likely go back here for our future cars. My sales rep, James Sawyer Jr., was wonderful to work with; he was thorough and honest throughout the entire process. He even sent my new car back to the detail crew at least 2 times to complete some minor items before he would hand it off to me to drive home. The finance manager, Audrey, also was completely comfortable to work with; she was totally efficient and patient in her explanations of the various details of the purchase. buying a new hyundai elantra patrick, our salesman, was very sharp courteous and easy to work with. it was nice to meet jason speagle, the sales manager.. . the detail dept was as patrick, our salesman, was very sharp courteous and easy to work with. it was nice to meet jason speagle, the sales manager.. . the detail dept was as good and quicker than expected. the finance dept,audrey, was very sharp /direct and very good at her work'. i feel that we made the right decision, but at 290.a month for 72 months, the loan was way to much.,especially since we traded in a 2013 ford escape that they gave us 16,000 for.the total for a 25,000 dollar carwith our trade in came toover 36,000 dollars with the loan. i would like a renegotiation to a 4 yr loan at hyundai if possible. contact me at wblankenship59@yahoo.com the deal has not been completed and would like to re-deal if possible.
