Not bad. If you have a Chevrolet this is the place to go. It was like going to fast food. If you like fine dining - go to GMC the service, atmosphere, and qual If you have a Chevrolet this is the place to go. It was like going to fast food. If you like fine dining - go to GMC the service, atmosphere, and quality of service is much better. The first two oil changes through GMC are free for my Denali. I took it to GMC for the first one and it was free, For this service, GMC was busy so I went to Chevrolet. I did not get my free oil change. I thought because they are the same company they would honor the deal sold to me. The quote was entered as $1,110.00 but the price was actually $110.00. This is incompetent. I had the DEF filled and the person I worked with did not know how much DEF was put in my vehicle but I was charged for 4 1/2 gallons of DEF. My DEF light did not come on and it comes on when it gets down to 2 gallons. However, the service department indicated I was at a 1/2 gallon left. I don't know how that is possible. I will go back to GMC from now on. More

Expect to wait 4 to 6 hours everytime It doesn’t matter what you take your car there for it’s always 4 to 6 hours. I’ve waited 8 hours a couple times. This dealership needs to keep me upd It doesn’t matter what you take your car there for it’s always 4 to 6 hours. I’ve waited 8 hours a couple times. This dealership needs to keep me updated on what’s going on with my car so I can plan my day around it. I always have an appointment and they call me 3-4 hours later about what’s going on then they fix it then I get my car back 3-5 hours later this is even an oil change and tire rotation, it’s ridiculous. Also the sales guys are to pushy and rude I hate going there. More

Never gave up to get my car fixed I took my corvette in to fix a squeeky seat back and once returned the squeak was gone, but a new clicking noise appeared. After multiple attempts at I took my corvette in to fix a squeeky seat back and once returned the squeak was gone, but a new clicking noise appeared. After multiple attempts at repairing this noise without prevail, a new lumbar unit was ordered and installed. This did the trick! Randall was very helpful to make sure I left satisfied and kept me informed of my car's status regularly. More
