Just more attention to detail I brought my truck in on a recall and they said they reprogrammed it which they didn't so the steering locked up after recall work was supposully fixe I brought my truck in on a recall and they said they reprogrammed it which they didn't so the steering locked up after recall work was supposully fixed . Oil change/tire rotation Every one is super friendly. They let you know up front that it will take 2hrs ( not sure why it takes that long). I see the service advisor come out to the waiting area & let the person know what the issue is , the price & how much longer it might be. I rally like that. They did not need to do that for me because I was done in the time frame I was told. My only issue was the courtesy car wash. It was horrible. Windows were streaked, the back of the car I could see where they had supposedly wiped it. I had clean my windows just after I left just so I could see. More
