So I don’t mind driving, the facilities are very nice clean and comfortable so if I decide to wait it’s not an issue. Sirius radio wouldn’t work on my 2014 Silverado After 2weeks of taking in on the weekends they found out it was the antenna.i purchased the extended warranty but for some reason they didn’t want to After 2weeks of taking in on the weekends they found out it was the antenna.i purchased the extended warranty but for some reason they didn’t want to cover it.found out it was from water leaking in from the outside and Pam my service rep worked with GM and the warranty people and got them to cover it for the 140$ I had already paid from the first visit.Pam and all the people I dealt with, including the shuttle service were great.my only concern I’ve ever had is with the truck itself.ive been a GM man my whole life and have s 2004 Tahoe I’ve had since day one and it’s only been in the shop to fix a problem one time.hate to say this year I might have to buy a different make this time.would sure hate to loose your service people though More

Quality work excellent warranty I will bring my vehicles back again. I have a very challenging truck to repair because it was a custom order. 3/4 ton with a standard transmission. JL Sullivan replaced my clutch, no easy task and I am impressed with their work. Had to wait a bit for the shuttle but in the end very satisfied with their work. I drive two hours each way to take my vehicles to JLS. Well worth it though. Peace of mind. More
