First service/ rude employee I went in on February 8th to get my first service done for my 2017 chevy Silverado. I was greeted by Mark a very nice guy. My only but huge problem that would stop me from coming back and telling other was the girl named Taylor was at her desk in the same office on her personal cell phone the entire time till I made a comment to her saying that’s very rude to be on your phone. She had no response back but slid it back into backpack and walked out the room with no apology and didn’t see her until I returned later to pick my truck up. She ruined the entire visit which still makes me think of I should have my service down there. Mark is the only thing that would make me come back but I don’t know if I can handle her rudeness I talked to penny about her and pointed out who it was and I hope she took care of it cause it really bugged me that at work you should be working not on personal cell phones. More
Service Equal To Military Standards When I made my appointment I was told I'd still have to come back for recall work at a later time. While performing other warranty related work, my Service Advisor tracked me down and told me f I had time he'd move me to the front of the line and obtained the recall parts necessary so I could get the work done the same trip spending only a couple more hours. The work was safety related, as the replaced the passenger airbag and related parts. This is EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE putting tge needs and SAFETY of the customer first!! While I was there I met Cameron Ferro who works now in the internet area. He let me test rive the New Bolt, a nice experience I'll never forget. I purchased my loaded Spark thru internet sales in Florida and if I remain in Roseville CA and call it home, Cameron will be selling me my next car in a year or so. He is an AWESOME new addition to the sales team, from Hawaii! More

Egg on my face I was trying to save money and change my air filter on my truck. Having my wife helping me. Took it in and the staff at Chevrolet service department fixed it for me. Yep, wife was right. What saved me from my wife’s LOOK, there was no charge. Thank you John L. Sullivan service department. I come to JLS because my mechanic is the BEST Corvette mechanic around. I only want him working on my car! Many people stop having their car serviced at the dealership when the warranty expires. I trust my mechanic and service team and still take my 12 year old car to JLS. That in itself says it all. More

Service I received a call yesterday telling me that I needed an oil change. I was able to get a same day appointment. I arrived, they took care of me and was I received a call yesterday telling me that I needed an oil change. I was able to get a same day appointment.
