Zzzzzzz Service having problem fixing Volt problems. Service rep could be more attentive. Was supposed to get a return call from service manager. Did not get Service having problem fixing Volt problems. Service rep could be more attentive. Was supposed to get a return call from service manager. Did not get it. This will be my 4th trip to fix various Volt problems. Charging problems, loud clunk when driving, car shook 4-5 seconds after parking and while powering down. This upcoming visit will be because the Volt will not accept a charge. It’s getting a little frustrating bringing this car back to get fixed. More

Items for service: Paint sealant, interior protectant, complete front clear bra and have the wheels chrome dipped. Most Corvette owners are kinda over protective of their car, they explained it would be kept inside at night and handled with care. I was told the time span for service would be two weeks. Result: car was done on time, all work was performed, quality of work was good, care of my vehicle was excellent and no return trip was needed. Especially pleased with chrome dip on the wheels, it’s very difficult to remove and install low profile run flat tires without damaging the wheels, perfect job, all sensors synced up, wheel balancing great, chrome finish excellent and no tool marks on the rims. Everyone was professional and welcoming. More

Great fast service The service team was great. I arrived at my appointment time of 7:15 and I was quickly attended. I informed them the if at all possible I needed to le The service team was great. They performed the oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection and even washed the car within my time frame. I am very pleased with their service. More
