Scheduled Oil Chnage Steve was great, he found that my vehicle ID was wrong in the computer and fixed that right away. Thanks Steve you rock ! I made an appointment as usual and waited the costmary time frame for them to complete my truck, They completed my truck on time and washed her for me. I also asked them to check a problem I was having with my engine idle which was pretty rough at most stops.They found an update for the computer and sure enough its much better at idle, unfortunately now there is an issue with shifting at freeway speeds ( which I didn't have before the update), Oh well I'll give the computer a bit longer to see if it can relearn the shift again, if not I'll call it in to see if they can get it fixed. I enjoyed walking around the dealership and talking to a young man who helped me check out the newer Colorado's to see if they actually installed CD players in some of them. "Bummer" none were found but thanks you for Helping me that was very nice. More
Service center has failed to take appropriate responsibility I am dissatisfied with the overall level of service because the service center has failed to be accountable for properly inspecting my vehicle's tires I am dissatisfied with the overall level of service because the service center has failed to be accountable for properly inspecting my vehicle's tires and noticing premature and abnormal wear long before the expected service life of the tires. Vehicle is still under warranty but warranty does not cover premature tire wear due to misalignment, even if misalignment is a manufacturing defect or quality control oversight. More

Condescension We added a service package to our car loan. Our warranty also has a stipulation that service must be upkept. The change oil light had not come on yet but should have been close. The vehicle would be spending 3 months out of state. So we scheduled an early appointment to service it as to not void our warranty and to use what we prepaid. The gentlemen who checked the car in proceeded to lecture my husband about it being inappropriate to bring the vehicle in before the light comes on and to lecture him about a vehicles services needs... the whens and the whys. Even after the situation was explain he continued his lecture in a condescending manner. Bottom line is the service light was no more than 2 weeks from going off (by mileage) and we had paid for this service and the warranty depended on it. The car would not have been in town in two weeks when the light came on. The 20 minute argument to get him to check our car in was unnecessary and unprofessional. More
Unable to find the problem but it still exists Went in for an exhaust leak that I can hear when I back it up my driveway you can hear it when you’re standing outside the vehicle. On occasion I smell a little exhaust when the windows are up particularly when the car is hot. They were unable to duplicate it but charge me for looking and I have an extended warranty. Never again will I go here not for new car for service. If I had taken to the Dodge dealership they would not have charged for it only reason I went there is because I bought it from them. More

Expensive Had a sensor replaced last year because the check engine light kept turning on for no reason intermittently. So when the light came on again intermittently, I assumed it was a faulty sensor. They charged my $140 to tell me the sensor was not faulty. I had another issues and they would charge me another $140 if I wanted to know what that was. They also do not apply the fee of the diagnostic towards repair or give a break at all. Seems like a lot of money to spend for something that takes 10 minutes of time. But I guess John L Sullivan isn’t a $500 millionaire plus for being ethical. More
