I would rcommend this service center with reservations My daughter dropped off her new vehicle for an on site interior/exterior surface protection application service. The vehicle did not need to be taken My daughter dropped off her new vehicle for an on site interior/exterior surface protection application service. The vehicle did not need to be taken off the lot for any reason. A photo of the current mileage was taken at the time of the appointment and upon completion it was discovered that 20 miles was placed on her vehicle. Upon further investigation it was also discovered the responsible person had inadvertently left their dental appointment card in our vehicle. Taking a customer vehicle off the lot for personal use is careless and unacceptable! This incident was reported to Penny in the service dept. She was awesome and assured me that matter would be addressed appropriately. More

Pamela at the Roseville service center I came in this morning for service regarding numerous issues with my 2017 Silverado. I was disappointed with my last servicing to say the least. I rar I came in this morning for service regarding numerous issues with my 2017 Silverado. I was disappointed with my last servicing to say the least. I rarely complain and felt the need to call the Corporate office regarding my last experience. Pam in service took care of me, and most of all LISTENED TO ME. Sometimes that’s all people need. I was shocked John L Sullivan was willing to lose a good customer over a center cap they wouldn’t replace that was defective amongst other issues. With all that said, Pam took it into her own hands to make me feel like a valued customer and restored my faith in John L Sullivan Chevrolet. From here on out, I only deal with Pam in service. Thank you. More
