Ongoing fueling problem-2014 corvette I have had a problem fueling my corvette using the auto fueling clip on fuel nozzles. The fuel cuts off before full, usually multiple times and at ma I have had a problem fueling my corvette using the auto fueling clip on fuel nozzles. The fuel cuts off before full, usually multiple times and at many different types of gas stations with varying nozzle configurations. This started with a repair to the magnetic fuel cap. Next the anti-siphon nozzle was replaced, which did not fix the problem. On the second visit the dealer said they fueled my car with no problem and said to use fueling stations that don't fuel superfast. I fueled at many different stations over the last six months and only two fueled automatically without shutting off. I had to fuel slowly by hand at all the others. The third visit the technician watched me fuel at a gas station and he could see the nozzle didn't fit properly. The anti-siphon device was replaced again. I fueled once since then and had no problem, but now I have a rattling noise in the vicinity of the fuel nozzle upon acceleration. Back to the dealer again next week. More

Recently one of the the CV joints on an axle was about to fail but Steve was able to get it fixed in under a day and he was able to knock the price down for me. I was very appreciative he did that. Appointments don't matter I scheduled my appointment at 7am for a regular oil change and to have my navigation serviced. I didn't leave this place until 1220pm. It took over 5 hours for them to finish up my car or so I thought. Then my service rep Kayla tells me "they finally figured out what was wrong with your car but we don't have the part." I had been waiting for 5 hours and it's still not complete! ??????? So she tells me they have to order the part and she will call me when it gets in. Weeks go by so I decided to call and what do you know! They say "yes your part is in" she didn't even call me!. So I schedule my appointment for 915am. Mind you she told me that because they already know what the problem is they would have me in and out. Hours go by. Still not done so I ask for a shuttle to take me to roseville mall. But the guy took over 1 and a half hours to come back. So I was literally stuck there looking at car's. Finally my car is ready, they give me my ticket to pick up my car that will be pulled around. 40 minutes later I get my car. I spent 4 hours there that day. 4 hours!!!!! When they knew exactly what I was coming in for? I live in rancho Cordova ca. I never minded the 40 minutes I would have to drive to roseville because customer service used to be AMAZING! But now that this is my 3rd HORRIBLE experience here I'm convinced that they are either under new management or they just don't care about customer's any more. Either way I will more then likely drive to elk grove and give them a try. 9 hours for car service is really not good. If it wasn't for my service rep Eric that I saw wiping up my car so I could get out of there I would have given 1 star. But he was nice so I give 1 extra star for that. More
Very Impressed by the Friendly Service I am a new Chevy owner. I have been going to the Toyota service center for years. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was to get my new Volt serv I am a new Chevy owner. I have been going to the Toyota service center for years. I am glad that they are remodeling the facility. The staff are professional. More
