Service center and customer service I took my 2016 Chevy Impala in for a routine oil change a few months ago. There was a malfunction with the oil filter, the guys would've never been ab I took my 2016 Chevy Impala in for a routine oil change a few months ago. There was a malfunction with the oil filter, the guys would've never been able to spot the problem while installing. I started leaking oil, I called the service center and was scheduled right away. The person who scheduled my appointment over the phone was thorough and gave me advice on what steps I should take to make sure I don't make anything worse. When I brought my car to the service center, I was approached immediately by a service tech and we went over everything that was going to be done and how long it would take. I was offered a shuttle ride so I didn't have to wait around. I spoke with Tom and he was extremely helpful getting the problem solved in time and conpleted efficiently. The time they quoted me was under what I expected; However, I got a call a few minutes after being dropped off by the shuttle saying everything was good to go. They told me not to rush, they would pick me up when I was ready. When I returned my car had been washed as well as the oil from under the hood had been cleaned as well. My experience with Chevy was fantastic. The best service I've had from any dealership I've visited. More

Replacement Parts needed for Older Van After the theft of a control panel and monitor in my 2001 Chevy Express 1500 LT Van, the independent repair shop recommended by my Insurance Carrier c After the theft of a control panel and monitor in my 2001 Chevy Express 1500 LT Van, the independent repair shop recommended by my Insurance Carrier could not replace the needed controls due to lack of parts available. As a long shot, I took the van to this Service Dept. to see if they would have a better way to fix. Unfortunately, they weren't able to find the needed replacement parts. The Service Rep went the extra mile and called my Insurance Carrier for me to recommend that they send an appraiser out (to my house) to review the damage done. They also gave me some suggestions on finding replacement parts at the Vehicle Recycling Shops nearby. More
Dealer did a Great job but Chevrolet gets an F I took my 2017 Bolt in to have a new tire replaced as I hit a road hazard and ruined the front tire only to find out that CHEVY does not have these ti I took my 2017 Bolt in to have a new tire replaced as I hit a road hazard and ruined the front tire only to find out that CHEVY does not have these tires ANYWHERE on the west coast and it will take 7-10 days to have shipped from East Coast. After voicing my displeasure the service manager purchase two matched tires and installed as a loaner until the tire came in a week. Shame on Chevy not to stock tires on the West Coast for for this new car especially when they do not put a spare tire in the car. I understand this has occurred on other models in the past. More
Best service experience ever I took my new car into the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. Pulled in and they took my car into the service bay right away. I didn’t even have a chance to finish my magazine and my car was done lickity-split. I will take my car back to John SULLIVAN Chevrolet next time for sure. Careless mechanic I have been to this dealerships for past 2 years. The only time I received exceptional service is when I went to them the first time. Thanks to the mechanic Brandon. The service has been just okay every time I go to John L Sullivan Chevrolet. The mechanics don't tighten the lugs when they perform tire rotation, they changed the battery and the battery compartment was not closed right, I have a bug deflector which is now hanging out, after the tire rotation I now have the "Service tire pressure monitoring system" light on which I have already have them looked at twice and the light still keeps coming back. The mechanics perform sloppy work and doesn't take time to make sure they tightened every bolt and nut and everything is done right. They seem to just want to get the vehicle out of their service center and the service managers ( ones who take the keys and does the paperwork ) seem to be okay with the sloppy service. I showed the lugs issue to the service manager ( one who took the keys and did the paperwork ) and he said lugs have no torque and they never get tight. The lugs were just hanging and I was able to rotate them with my two fingers. To me they just want customer's money but not provide quality work on customer's vehicles. Sloppy and careless mechanics and service managers. I am honestly not taking my vehicle to this dealership for service anymore. More

The service technician, Mark Rogers, acknowledged my request and said he would make every effort to get me on my way as quickly as possible. He even asked about my daughter’s condition. The service was done quickly and Mark made sure I was satisfied. I was very impressed. More
