No warrantee for standard parts not installed GM Customer service would not help so I had to forge a deal between a dealer in Hanford and JLS. Rude service Unable to repair a vehicle code in 8 hrs and reset code to only have it come back on. Then drive back to have a technician diagnosis the code in less Unable to repair a vehicle code in 8 hrs and reset code to only have it come back on. Good experience, coming back Staff were friendly and informative, especially whoever anwsered the phone i wish i could remember her name but it was a little while ago. Service man Staff were friendly and informative, especially whoever anwsered the phone i wish i could remember her name but it was a little while ago. Service manager was also helpful, friendly. I loved that my service came with an inspection of the vehicle. I gave it 4 out of 5 because they lost my keys when i came to pick it up, so i waited around. I ended up pointing out my car. Apparently what had happened was whoever was retrieving vehicles didnt know my keys had been left in the car since it was taken to car washing. This pooe guy was running all over, hard working. So not a big deal, but it was slightly concerning to see that communication breakdown especially when it comes to where my vehicle keys are. More

Good service to follow up with communication. some issues came up and require to fix. it was not convenient for me to have no vehicle for overnight. However, one issue was not resolved which is some issues came up and require to fix. it was not convenient for me to have no vehicle for overnight. I did not think about it till I got home and thought of my door. it was not working. More
Did not resolve my problem......gave false information... Requested an Oil & Filter Change and Repair of the Right exterior Door Handle as it had become loose and nearly falling off (I had taped it place so Requested an Oil & Filter Change and Repair of the Right exterior Door Handle as it had become loose and nearly falling off (I had taped it place so I would not lose it). The Oil Change was completed and I was informed that my Door Handle had to be replaced and Chevrolet does not make them anymore. Roger Hersey who was my attendant gave me a Part # and suggested I go Online and search for the part at Zip Corvette and a few other websites. I called Zip Corvette and was told the part # given was not even a General Motors Inventory #. So I called Roger back and he said he we research this and get back to me. I never received a return call. So I take my Car to Corvette Express in Vacaville and it was repaired in 5 minutes as there was nothing wrong with the door handle as the mounting screws were found inside the bottom of the (Had vibrated loose) and were easily discovered when the interior door panel was removed.......This tells me that the mechanic at John Sullivan Chevrolet didn't even remove the door panel to access the problem.......How lame is that! More
