When you bring your vehicle in for the service they greet you and bring you to your service advisor, prompt with the servicing. After servicing is complete the service advisor goes over everything that was done to your vehicle. The mechanics do a great job and very clean. The parts department is very knowledgeable and accommodating too. More

Oil Drained During Service I would give a five star rating, but when I went to replace my tires they found I had no oil at all!!! I had an oil change on 05/12/18 at Big O Tires, I would give a five star rating, but when I went to replace my tires they found I had no oil at all!!! I had an oil change on 05/12/18 at Big O Tires, I had service done at John L. Sullivan Chevrolet on 05/17/18. I had to buy new tires on 05/25/18 at Firestone in Antelope and while doing a routine checkup they found I had absolutely no oil! I had to get another oil change so that was not an expected additional expense. More

Careless Evan my service guy was great. However, I went to pick up my car after hours and had to wait 20 minutes. The guy who apparently “gets the keys from th Evan my service guy was great. The guy who apparently “gets the keys from the service office” walked by a bunch of times after the receptionist called him ignoring me standing there waiting. Very rude. The worst part— my expensive car was sitting in the front parking lot with the windows in the front ALL THE WAY DOWN! They had my car overnight so I’m assuming they were left down the whole time (I never have my windows down, so they must of done that). There was a layer of dust covering my dash that I had just cleaned. Not to mention, I had valuables in my center console that could of been stolen with the windows down. Who does that? I had an oil change and usually they will wash the outside of the car, but that wasn’t done either. I’ll take my car elsewhere next time... More

The service manager was very pushy. The service manager Tom was very pushy in trying to get me to buy new tires. I told him I preferred Les Schwab. He asked why and then preceded to tell The service manager Tom was very pushy in trying to get me to buy new tires. I told him I preferred Les Schwab. He asked why and then preceded to tell me he could do better than them in price, service and tire quality. I gently reminded him I preferred Les Schwab but he continued. I then finally gave in but stressed about it all night. So early the next morning (0730), I canceled the tire replacements.(via personal message) He called me later to tell me the tires haven't come in yet and so there would be a delay until after 1100. I mentioned that I had a rental car and that would add another day for my car. He said don't worry, I then again told him that I had cancelled the order and to put my old tires on my car and I would be on my way to pick it up. When I arrived I didn't even get greeted by him, I turned in the rental and paid for my car. Then had to wait again for it to be washed. Not a happy $500 visit. More
