Bad service It took longer to wash the car than to change the oil. After that realized that my wind sheild crack was worse than it was prior to the service but wh It took longer to wash the car than to change the oil. Sun Visor installation I bought a replacement illuminated sun visor ( $ 200 ) because they would not repair the old one. 30,000 mile service. Came in for a 30,000 mile service and needed to be shuttled home and then picked up which was done in a timely friendly manner. I was called at home and asked if I wanted to have my air filter changed as it was due because of years and mileage and they were at that point of the service, and I declined. I was called and told my service was complete, oil change tire rotation and wash. When I went to the counter to pick it up I was advised my truck had yet to be washed and asked if I wanted to wait, to have that completed. I said no and let the cashier know of my displeasure. I was offered a coupon to come back and have it washed at another time, I declined. I went out with my card to exchange it for my keys. I received my keys in a timely manner and walked to my truck to drive home. When I opened the door the seat was in the forward position and the seat cover for the Dealer to keep the seat clean was still on the seat. I returned the seat cover to the cashier. After getting home I decided to change the air filter with a K&N intake. When I changed out the old system I checked the original air filter, it was clean. More
Shabby, Incomplete work Had to make multiple trips back, several times they could not figure out the problem. I don't think they actually get in to the work like they should. It took a yr to complete warranty work on the vehicle from ordering wrong parts or losing the parts and it's still not done right. I'm going to fix it myself at this point. No return phone calls. This dealership has gone downhill. Service advisers are usually nice it's unfortunate that the mechanics don't do their job. More
