Rediculous Over 3 hours to do an oil change and replace an accessable fuse, That's with an appointment! My vehicle sat in plain view for well over an hour after my appointment time. Every single person there complaining about ridiculous waiting times. $140 for a 30 amp seat fuse? Back to the independent shop I go. I gave two GM stores a try. That's good enough for me. More

Needs More Improvement There service has improved slightly. Last visit they were a Zero star rating. I can see that they are doing some efforts to improve the service experience but are not where they should be. I take my two new Chevy sparks there because I purchase the maintenance (mistake). On my first visit a few months ago for an oil change I received a call from the Service center and made an appointment. I showed up a few minutes early and waited in the service line (no problem with this) but when it was my turn I was informed that I was in the wrong line and needed to go into the other line which they informed be was for oil changes and first come first serve. Based on this when my second vehicle needed and oil change my wife showed up and went into the oil change line and was informed that she needed an appointment. To there credit they scheduled her in for an appointment which was two hours later. What should have been about an hour experience ended up taking up over four hours of her day. A few days later we noticed that our antenna was missing. The service rep we called was prompt and professional in responding (the antenna had been taken off for the courtesy car wash and inside the car). About the courtesy car wash, don't the vacuum? Shouldn't they replace car parts removed when they are finished? My wife did inform me that the folks she dealt with were friendly and professional (this is an improvement from our first visit). I am hopeful that on our next visit they can earn at least a three star? I remain hopeful but am regretting having to rely on Sullivan. Improvements could change this opinion. More

So so I brang my truck in because it had a sputter when under load like going uphill, when A/c is on etc but there wasn’t any service lights coming on so th I brang my truck in because it had a sputter when under load like going uphill, when A/c is on etc but there wasn’t any service lights coming on so they suggested to do the 100,000 tune up and that should take care of it $800 so I did that and the truck is still sputtering and no explanation don’t they test drive it?
