My service provider kayla help me out really good. Service advisor was really nice to me and got the work done for me, the only thing about it is that, I think she could have covered a rental car for m Service advisor was really nice to me and got the work done for me, the only thing about it is that, I think she could have covered a rental car for me because I had to take my vehicle back like three times. And all three times I had to pay for a rental when they the ones did not fix the part correctly and then took it dodge becasue they could not fix it. Then dodge fix it and then another part without that was connected with the same part. I dont recommend dodge vehicles at all. More
Delay in getting car. After paying the service bill we were told the car would be out right away. It took over 10 minutes and there was not that much activity. Electrifying I recently had taken my car into the dealership after having starting issues. I had called AAA and had the car started after many unsuccessful attemp I recently had taken my car into the dealership after having starting issues. I had called AAA and had the car started after many unsuccessful attempts. The car computer left no codes for the dealership and they were at a loss so the Service Advisor told me to have it towed in even if it meant renting a car. I had the car Towed as I was instructed and within a short amount of time they isolated the problem to bad cells in the battery and I was back on the road under warranty. More
Glued my car trim on after saying they ordered new part. They really agreed to fix a trim panel they broke. I brought it in all day just to have the glue the exterior panel. Then 2 days later it got warm and They really agreed to fix a trim panel they broke. I brought it in all day just to have the glue the exterior panel. Then 2 days later it got warm and unglued. Also many other horrible unprofessionally handled situations. Won't transfer my portfolio protection to Ford. I also purchased an Express lube thru them and cilajet. They have failed to hold a standard you would expect in many form and different departments. I just filed a claim to BBB. Dmv investigation is next. More

Service Manager is great...service is horrible Penny Case, the service manager, is THE ONLY reason why I bring my car here. The service advisors will lie to you, attempt to intimidate you (one ti Penny Case, the service manager, is THE ONLY reason why I bring my car here. The service advisors will lie to you, attempt to intimidate you (one time I had Steve White, a service advisor there, pin me in a corner and posture over me because my original service advisor quoted me one price and didn't write it down in the right spot, so Steve White, had me physically pinned in a corner, saying I couldn't have my car back [after JL Sullivan had it for 6 weeks], unless I paid $600 more than I was originally quoted),, bully you, and still not get the job done. 3 times in the last 8 months, I have brought my car in there for a $1000+ "fix" and within 24 hours had my car back into the shop for the EXACT same issue! The service manager, Penny, does what she can to make the situation right, but sometimes things are outside of her control! I would not bring my worst enemy's car to this dealership!! The only redeeming quality this place has is Penny Case! More
