Inconvenienced Another horrible experience at this service center. I took my car in for a simple oil change. first off, I was the first car to arrive early in the a. Another horrible experience at this service center. I took my car in for a simple oil change. first off, I was the first car to arrive early in the a.m BEFORE the opened. Due to their confusing system of cars pulling in for service. Several service writers completely ignored me ( standing right outside of car) and helped other customers, until I spoke up and pointed out I was there first. But worst of all, after oil change I drove my car straight home and parked it in garage. Next morning I started up car and it didn't want to idle smoothly, and the engine light came on. Fearing that perhaps they forgot to add oil I immediately shut off engine and checked the oil. It was full. I had to miss a days work and take the car back to the dealer to find out what's wrong. After it was inspected I was told by the technician that THEY had installed the air filter incorrectly causing the mass air flow sensor to be damaged by debris! They had to order part and it would not arrive until next day. They did however, provide me with a loaner truck. ( not quite the same as having your own personal car but a much derserved consolation for their mistake). This is the 2nd bad experience and I will not return for service at this dealership again. I love Gordon and the sales staff but the service dept does not get my vote for satisfaction. More

Always a Great Service Experience I always get my 2016 Colorado serviced here. They are very professional, and I have never had any issues. He got me on the shuttle very quickly, which saved me time, during a busy work morning I also like the fact, they still wash your vehicle, if you ask them, many dealers are going away from this ( Hyundai-Roseville) More
Satisfied Customer Here This was my second visit to this service center as I moved to this area a few months ago. Both times I have been greeted right away and in process/out This was my second visit to this service center as I moved to this area a few months ago. Both times I have been greeted right away and in process/out process has been pretty smooth. I like how the adviser comes around to go over everything they did and things to keep in mind to have checked in the future. I appreciate the free WiFi and cafe where folks can buy a drink or snack to enjoy while you wait. The lobby area and eating area are very clean. There are computer stations located in the area for customer use which is great for those that have business to take care of w/o needing one's phone. There's a gaming station for kids which is pretty cool. Vending machines are also available. There is a small shop where one can buy accessories for their car or small gifts (and more snacks). I don't have any experience with the service centers shuttle service but I'm sure it's fine. I really like the location of this service center and will continue to come back. My only complaint is that I wish they would send coupons for synthetic oil changes as the coupons I have received are not coupons I can actually utilize for my car's oil change which was part of the reason that got me in recently only to be told the coupon that I had on hand did not apply to my transaction. Bummer. Other that that, they are a good service center. More

Chevy Cruze Crank Shaft Seal, Engine Vacuum Whistle My 2015 Chevy Cruze 1.4L started making an intermittent whistling/bird chirping sound while engine idling. Called John L Sullivan for appointment. Wit My 2015 Chevy Cruze 1.4L started making an intermittent whistling/bird chirping sound while engine idling. Called John L Sullivan for appointment. Within only minutes on the phone, a next day appointment was scheduled. A well staffed and organized service center was encountered upon arrival, where a team worked to receive my vehicle. The service adviser Tom Smith was familiar with a potential issue that exhibits whistling or bird chirping sounds with the engine idling. This knowledge resulted in quick and accurate diagnosis, a loaner car was provided, and my car was repaired and ready for pick up the following day. After the crankshaft seal was replaced, the whistling/bird chirping sound is gone. More

Lies and thieves Eric the guy who helped me first started the day off by saying Iv already used 2 of my oil changes and I said no Iv only used one. He flips his monitor around to point see one and 2 I said no look there is only 2 miles difference between the Service and one 1 day apart so he looks again and was like ya your right like I know but the way he was trying to come off was to make me look dumb. Then got that semi resolved and I was leaving and I said ok call me when the car is completely done. I get a car about 2 hours later saying car is ready for pick up so I head there and when I got there the paper work wasn’t done my truck wasn’t even washed yet and I asked for them to do the inside windows to be cleaned and they didn’t. So I had to wait another 20 minutes for everything to be done and when I confronted Eric say I told you to tell me when it’s all done he said no you didn’t and when I said I did and you said the car was done he said no it’s almost done so he kept lying to me like I was some dumb kid. I would love to take my warranty and service to another dealership this is the second bad experience Iv had at john l which is bad cause Iv only been there twice and both were very poor service. Don’t waste your time there More
