We had points that we needed to use before the expired from My Chevrolet GM rewards. Brian & his staff assisted us in ensuring we were able to use all of our vouchers & points withour any wasted. He also ordered out of stock floor mats & key covers for us & immediately called us with next day servixe saying they had just come in! Talk about fast!! Best Service i have ever received, I usually dread the dealership but he booked our last minute appointment & made it an extremely awesome experience! Ty Brian & everyone at John L. Sullivan Chevrolet! You ALL rock!! More
Proved me wrong I thought I could actually trust a dealership...well shame on me. John L Sullivan definitely proved me wrong on that one. When I drove off the lot unbeknownst to me my tire pressure was really low. I discovered this because a warning light came on. My husband took the car in (no more than 10 days after purchase) to ensure everything was OK and to have dealer put air in the tire. Well they did BUT likely over inflated it! Less than 4 montha after buying the car I got a bubble in the tire and had to pay to get it replaced. When I went back to dealer the service dept said "oh you hit a pothole, sorry, $350". I just spent over 30 grand (a little to you ALOT to me) and now because of an error you likely caused you want more money from me. I think not! I have 2 free oil changes I wouldnt cash those in if you paid me. It will just be an opportunity for the service techs to screw up my car and take me for even more money. I will never return nor will i refer friends or family. You suck JLS. More

Excellent Customer Service I had to take my Chevy Traverse in because the rear air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. Having 4 kids, I needed to get this resolved right away I had to take my Chevy Traverse in because the rear air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. Small things through the cracks. So I took my car in for its first service. Only 5000 miles on it. Had some concerns on how it was shifting, the brakes squealing when backing up and t So I took my car in for its first service. Only 5000 miles on it. Had some concerns on how it was shifting, the brakes squealing when backing up and the arm rest squeaking when moving it up and down. My service advisor was nice listened to my concerns and took my keys and said they would be addressed. Four and a half hour later the car was done. My service advisor went over my concerns and said the shifting was normal, they could not find anything wrong with the brakes and the first service waa done. Sounds good so far right. So here's where thing start not to add up. My car had 5117 on the odometer when I took it in and when I left it had 5118 but my service advisor said they test drove my car twice to check the shifting issue and the brake noise. All in one mile. My invoice said 5117 in and 5117 out. Part of the service was to rotate the tires and check the air pressure. Now the day before the service I got a service warning that my air pressure was low. 30 psi. In all my tires. So I thought I'm taking it in tomorrow and they will take care of it. The next day after the service I got a service warning again that my tire psi was low. But my invite stated that they checked and my psi was at 35. Ok these are small things, but if they are not looking at the small thing. Are they really look good at the big thing. More

Bummed I have taken my vehicle solely to John L. Sullivan for years. I have always been very satisfied with the service. I still am, however I was very displ I have taken my vehicle solely to John L. Sullivan for years. I have always been very satisfied with the service. I still am, however I was very displeased when I discovered that they have raised the prices for an oil and filter change. I even brought in a coupon that I get on a regular basis and was rejected the use of it. So now I am being charged $62.00 every 7,500 miles when I can just buy Amsoil and run 15,000 miles between oil changes for $90. You also dissolved your car wash too. Goodbye John L. Sullivan. More
