Multi point inspection....... not so much. I took my car into JLS to have an oil change done. I was told that they would change the oil filter top off all my fluids rotate my tires do a multi-p I took my car into JLS to have an oil change done. I was told that they would change the oil filter top off all my fluids rotate my tires do a multi-point inspection. I'm disappointed to say that they didn't top off any fluids except for the one that they changed which was my oil. My power steering fluid was xxxx near bone-dry. Dont worry, I topped off the rest of the fluids. More

I didn't get taken care of as well as I thought. I felt they had other more important things to do besides helping me (the customer). No respect for seniors Service manager was great. But executive mgmt is not up to the task. I was told that JLS offered a senio discount, but on the day I went, there was no Service manager was great. But executive mgmt is not up to the task. Bumper to bumper warranty I just lost my mother Aug 8 and my father April 4. My husband and I have the one vehicle. We took it in for battery issues, and when I checked in for I just lost my mother Aug 8 and my father April 4. My husband and I have the one vehicle. We took it in for battery issues, and when I checked in for the service I was told I missed the battery warranty repair by less then a month. To have to pay $250 for the battery was defeating. Our truck had less then 36000 miles. The policy is stupid and the customer care team didn’t even try to confirm even an exception could be made. More

Great customer service I brought my car in on Friday because my car just wasn’t running right and the key fob wasn’t working, it was Labor Day weekend and Steve wasn’t sure I brought my car in on Friday because my car just wasn’t running right and the key fob wasn’t working, it was Labor Day weekend and Steve wasn’t sure that he was going to get my car in so I left it and he called me Saturday morning and told me it was ready, he is great at his job,I can tell he has been doing this for a long time. I think he should train people on how to do customer service. Cody is also great at his job good conversation and driving. I was very pleased with my visit to the service department and will definitely refer people there. Also I thought I was suppose to get 2 fobs with the car when I only received one.
