We were able to get right in to the service schedule, and our advisor (I think it was Robert) did an awesome job keeping my son and I both updated on the progress as a multitude of problems were well taken care of! Not Enough Techs for Volt Repairs Our 6-week-old Volt has been in for 10 days because it was "not able to charge." OnStar diagnosed the problem, we took it in the next day, and it too Our 6-week-old Volt has been in for 10 days because it was "not able to charge." OnStar diagnosed the problem, we took it in the next day, and it took a week for the charger to be ordered. Haven't heard yet about repair completion. They did, however, arrange for a rental car. Prior to that we took the Volt in for a recall repair that was going to take 90 minutes or so. Two and half hours later found out we had been forgotten ... the tech who knows the car got pulled away to help someone else. The service manager apologized, got our work started again and said it would only take 45 minutes or so. The service advisor we've been working with has been great though. Thank you Pamela. More

1st oil change aand tire rotation. Scheduled appointment online. I arrived and was greeted by Erick and advised it could be 1.5 hours to complete my service. Also asked if I would like Scheduled appointment online. I arrived and was greeted by Erick and advised it could be 1.5 hours to complete my service. Also asked if I would like the car washed. He made sure I knew where the lounge was located and complimentary beverages were available. Erick found us the lounge about an hour later and said my car was nearly finished. Check out was fast and friendly. It is about 35 miles from my house, but worth the trip. Fast and friendly service! More
