Very fast turn around. Called to get my truck worked on Monday. Had several things I had to get fixed. Took it in after work. Got to dealer around 5pm. Left it over night. Next day it was completed plus fixed the recall issues also. Picked it up at 3pm the next day. Very friendly and prompt. Will take it back to them if I have any other problems. More

Horrible customer service! What can I say I keep going in there complaining about not being able to see my dash lights in the daytime. You keep telling me the modular has to war What can I say I keep going in there complaining about not being able to see my dash lights in the daytime. You keep telling me the modular has to warm up so nothing's. Ever done. the last two and a half years. I have asked to have my airbag fixed .you have a recall on it but nothing ever gets done. you tell me to go to corporate. they told me to go back to you.. this week I brought my car in to have the lift fixed 4 times .you went over my car with a fine-tooth comb marked down any damages .yet the dash isn't put back in right and it's cracked. and you keep telling me that you never fix the body control module under the dash on the left side .where it's cracked you said just programmed it somewhere else.. I feel like your staff is trained just to run people around in circles .they start with the excuses before you ever get anything done .I understand now why you have one star.. More

Glad that they resolved the problem with my check engine light & back firing. CONS: Disappointed that I was told that I could wait for my car since it shouldn't take too long. Ended up picking up the car the next day since they were so busy. Frustrated that I was told that the shuttle would be available @ 1:30pm Then I asked @ 1:40 and was told that I would get a ride @ 2pm. I was told that there were would be follow up about my concerns. More

Car was returned to me without any briefing from service, filthy and with little battery charge on newly replaced battery. Upon arriving home from dealership, experienced additional charging system service warning. I knew much more about the car than anyone I interfaced with. More
Disappointing and frustrating I scheduled three visits with two of my vehicles within a two month period. I had the old preferred. Program and wanted to use my money before they I scheduled three visits with two of my vehicles within a two month period. I had the old preferred. Program and wanted to use my money before they expired because of the new program. First I scheduled an oil change and alternator check for my 2000 Jeep Wrangler. The first thing is the representative said is that the alternator check would take up to four hours. I replied that that was fine. Then he change that and said it would take closer to six hours for an alternator checked. Once again I said that was fine and he finally said it would be an all day process and I finally gave in and said never mind. Then he told me that they do not carry the parts in stock for my vehicle for an oil change. Because of this, the oil change that I had scheduled on that day for that time would now take over two hours. ( The jeep Chrysler dealership is in the same auto mall facility ). I want to gain replied, that is fine and left the dealership with only my basic oil change on my jeep. Even though, I scheduled for the alternator just to be checked as well. Visit number two, I bring in my 2016 GMC Dinali 3500 truck. I scheduled a 10 o’clock appointment and it 1030 after waiting in line in my vehicle, I called the dealership to see if anyone is going to come out to help me. They don’t know how to answer my question. I go inside to look for someone to help and the gentleman tells me that they are extremely busy and backed up. I asked, then why did I make an appointment? Once I finally got checked in, I sat there for another 30 minutes waiting for my friend to arrive, and my truck was still never looked at, never moved, and it had been over an hour past my appointment time. Irritated! I ask for an oil change, tire rotation and for the vehicle to be washed. When I ask about the blue DEF fluid, the service department replies that it is extra and they do not do that as part of the service where as I know that the GMC dealerships and other repair facilities do that as part of the standard review of checking and filling the fluids during a standard service. I was charged over $30 for this high DEF mandatory fluid that costs eight dollars at a store to purchase. Frustration number two! I get my vehicle back… And the vehicle was not washed! Frustration number three. I return this 2016 GMC Dinali truck for an alignment. I leave the vehicle there and ask in addition to the alignment if they will wash the vehicle? They said yes.... but once again, they did not! The only reason I returned to this dealership to any sort of service was because of the preferred honors program and the hundreds of dollars I was at risk of losing because they were ending the program. I was once again reminded why I did not buy a Chevy and why I will not return to this dealership. More
Awesome customer service I am from Arizona and was traveling to Sacramento. 4yrs back i went to John L. Sullivan as the rear windshield wiper on my new vehicle was loose. Minor fix and they treated me as if I had major work done. Present my vehicle lost power and I knew exactly where to go. My car was towed in the same afternoon and repaired the next day. I'm extremely. satisfied and appreciate the service writer,Amanda, the promptness and excellent service. More
