Replace defective tire I needed a tire replacement. Was not in stock, so was ordered. The next day, the tire was not delivered as scheduled. The Service Tech came to my r I needed a tire replacement. Was not in stock, so was ordered. The next day, the tire was not delivered as scheduled. The Service Tech came to my rescue by demanding the supplier deliver a tire immediately, which they did. Very oriented to customer service! Thanks for allowing me to make a previously scheduled trip to Reno. More

Service advisers have no knowledge on vehicles, I even had one tell me that. I had to ride with a service tech to point out the rattling issue I was having in my truck, major inconvenience. Both my b pillars are rattling, i was told it was just a part of the truck, really? a new truck that costs over $45k? I was basically told to take my truck to another service center to have them check the rattles, ok gladly. No one acknowledged me at the service center cashier, i guess they didn't want to deal with any confrontation, they even asked my wife if she was with me, when she said yes, back to silence. Joy is quick to make you feel like she will help, then passes the buck to someone else. lack of communication by everyone in the service center is something i have never experienced before. i will never set foot on the john l sullivan chevrolet property again. from the loitering sales reps sitting on the railing waiting for prey (who actually walk to your car when you are simply going to service) to the rude and unknowledgeable service advisers. it is all a facade, i feel so taken advantage of from this entire experience, sales to service. Never again. More

Honest and fast My 2015 Malibu's "Check Engine" light came on. They got me in the next morning, diagnosed the problem and had it done by closing time. And, it was a My 2015 Malibu's "Check Engine" light came on. They got me in the next morning, diagnosed the problem and had it done by closing time. And, it was a warranty repair so it cost me nothing. They informed me that I had a 75000 mile service in 4000 miles and they didn't hit me with a laundry list of issues. They even told me my tires were fine for another year even though Firestone said I needed new tires immediately. Penny was incredibly helpful getting my signed up for mychevroletrewards, something the other dealer I had been going to had never mentioned. I will be coming back with both my Malibu and my wife's Cruze in the future. More
