This starts back 2 years ago, my 1st time vehicle purchase. I admit I was young and uneducated when it came to buying a vehicle for the 1st time. They took advantage of that and I owe 15k more than the vehicle actual value. After 2 years of paying a high payment, I still owe 45k on a vehicle worth maybe 30k. Completely upside down in this loan. They sold me a vehicle tracking monitoring device that they said was mandatory which I clearly stated I didn’t want nor need. And then comes the warranty from “warranty solutions”. Long story short, you can have someothing wrong with your vehicle and you would need to know exactly what it is. The reason being is that if they take apart something they or you think is wro g with it, and it ends up not being the issue, then you owe them the money for the tear down. So hopefully you or they diagnose the issue correctly the first time or it’s all on you. In another words you should be a mechanic yourself to diagnose your own issues to authorize your own warranty work. Also these warranty’s can be voided for things such as aftermarket parts that didn’t come factory with your vehicle. The vehicle I purchased was a used vehicle, there were aftermarket parts installed to it, things you wouldn’t see visually unless you physically tore apart the car. So these aftermarket parts were never recorded during there inspection. I have talked with 2 managers about this specifically from sales department, and neither one of them has gotten back to me. This is a horror story. More

Service Technician Very Responsive The service technician greeted me for my appointment and was very helpful in verifying the appointment I made to have my oil changed and tires rotated The service technician greeted me for my appointment and was very helpful in verifying the appointment I made to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I told him that I had a slow leak in my right front tire and wished that it be repaired. He came to me in the waiting room and told me that there were 2 nails in the tire and one was so close to the edge that it could not be repaired and asked if I wanted to have them install a new tire. I responded no since I normally have all of my tires replaced at one time at the local Costco. More
