Tires- I called and made an appointment for tires and a lube and oil on my Silverado. When I arrived they did not have the tires in stock (they new I needed I called and made an appointment for tires and a lube and oil on my Silverado. When I arrived they did not have the tires in stock (they new I needed tires when I made the appt) and said it would take a day to get them. The second day when I went back, they had ordered the wrong tires. I had to leave my truck overnight and pick it up the next day. I cannot believe that you did not have tires in stock when I arrived for my appointment. I ended up making three trips. The first sales advisor was terrible, but the second was fine. More
Refused to provide an alignment report. At the time of my last oil change at Placerville GMC, I was informed that my tires were wearing unevenly and needed immediate attention. The tech at the shop informed me that the truck was never aligned after the installation of an aftermarket leveling kit at Roseville J.L. Sullivan. I called the service manager to nnform him of the issue. I asked for an alignment report and a part number of the leveling kit they installed. I was told that it was sub contracted to Rich’s Tire Barn and that I would get the alignment report and a part number of the leveling kit for my records. After waiting two days I called back and was told they don’t have record of the report and they are not sure what part was installed. I was also told that my tires were worn because of my driving habits and they would do nothing about the issue. I still don’t have a part number and worn tires at the start of winter. Looks like I got worked on this deal. I will not be returning to this dealership or service center for anything inn the future More

Good service I arrived to my appointment about 10 minutes late, but I called them to let them know. They greeted me with a smile even though i was late. They explained the process and listened to my issue with my Volt. Later in the day, as promised, they called to keep me informed it would take longer to fix. My only complaint is that they don't offer a loaner vehicle when the car is in the shop overnight. The next day when my car was ready, i received another call and was also told my service was covered! It was a positive experience. In fact I just bought another new car from John L Sullivan. More
