Wasting time Went in to get a TSB done on my brakes. Say there for a few hours and then the advisor comes out and says that the parts aren’t in stock and that I’ll Went in to get a TSB done on my brakes. Incompetence Brought my truck in due to a stabilitrak issue. I have had them before with my truck but this time, it was running a lot rougher. After a day and $2 Brought my truck in due to a stabilitrak issue. I have had them before with my truck but this time, it was running a lot rougher. After a day and $210.00, it was determined that I had a lifter issue and would cost $3000.00 to fix. I decided on not fixing it, but when I took my truck, it was running twice as rough, and the oil dip stick was not put back in correctly, and was flopping back and forth, because they pulled the valve cover. I replaced a coil pack to my #4 plug, that was missing, and that fixed the problem. Decided that after 250K miles, I purchased another new vehicle, but not at John L. Sullivan. More
