Long, long, long day I scheduled an appointment to have my drivers side mirror replaced and a oil service, I gave them the information to order the part so they would have I scheduled an appointment to have my drivers side mirror replaced and a oil service, I gave them the information to order the part so they would have it on hand because I was driving 45min to get there and didn't want any problems. When I arrived at 7:30 as scheduled I found out they didn't have the mirror and would have to get it and it would take a few hours. Long story short I left at 2:30. It took them less than 5 min. to replace the mirror and all day to get what I told them to already have. After having my truck all day and me in the lobby with every employee trying to sell me something the least they could have done was wash it. More

Big incovenience I went in for a battery change. Was told battery was old in my 2017 Impala, and after the service was supposible completed , I left to pick up my da I went in for a battery change. Was told battery was old in my 2017 Impala, and after the service was supposible completed , I left to pick up my daughter at day care., and then my car turned off and was stranded again and with my daughter. I called back and it was almost closing time and they stressed to me I had to come back again By 6:30. and i had no one to come to my aid for me to come back by that time. just frustrated that i left work early because there was no later appt and ending coming back again the next day waited 2hrs and to be told that the work was not completed to begin with! More

Was expecting to receive truck back with dings and dents after it being in there 2 different times the last for 5 days; no damage at all. :) Very unhappy with whomever was smoking in my truck while they were test driving it around; my truck is smoke free so it's very obvious. Truck now has many glitches; doors trying to continue to lock, says passenger door ajar etc. Feel like maybe ECM they got was not by "VIN"?/4-door when mine is extra-cab/Non-flex fuel? who knows...we'll see this week If I get a call back. More
