Excellent Service I took my 2013 Traverse to the service department at John L. Sullivan Chevrolet to have a power steering leak fixed. The service advisor (Courtney) su I took my 2013 Traverse to the service department at John L. Sullivan Chevrolet to have a power steering leak fixed. The service advisor (Courtney) suggested having a multi point inspection done to determine if there was any other issues that needed to be taken care of. The inspection uncovered several other repairs were needed. The service advisor worked with the extended warranty company I have and got all the repairs to be covered under the warranty. That saved me a lot of money and a future return trip to the service shop to have those repairs done. It was also determined my front brakes needed to be replaced and since the wheels were already off the car, I saved money by having them done with no additional labor cost. I will definitely continue taking my car to John L Sullivan Chevrolet for service and encourage my friends to go there as well. More

Long, long, long day I scheduled an appointment to have my drivers side mirror replaced and a oil service, I gave them the information to order the part so they would have I scheduled an appointment to have my drivers side mirror replaced and a oil service, I gave them the information to order the part so they would have it on hand because I was driving 45min to get there and didn't want any problems. When I arrived at 7:30 as scheduled I found out they didn't have the mirror and would have to get it and it would take a few hours. Long story short I left at 2:30. It took them less than 5 min. to replace the mirror and all day to get what I told them to already have. After having my truck all day and me in the lobby with every employee trying to sell me something the least they could have done was wash it. More
