Pulling Teeth I am a retired general dentist. Though I enjoyed my profession, I still cringe when someone, describing an unpleasant experience, says, " I would rat I am a retired general dentist. Though I enjoyed my profession, I still cringe when someone, describing an unpleasant experience, says, " I would rather have a root canal." Buying a car from a dealer is like that to me. I want to pay the least; the dealer wants to get the most, so we both have to play the game to make the deal, though, not being a professional salesman, I was at a decided disadvantage. As a conscientious, caring dentist I tried to do my dirty work with the least discomfort to my patients. As conscientious, caring salespeople and after-sales specialists, I felt that those at John L. Sullivan had the same heart doing their work. They were kind, informative, flexible, and very patient. Parting with all that money certainly hurt, but the product we bought was excellent, and you were good at minimizing the pain. That's what I and my wife hoped for. That's what we got. Thanks. More
My service provider kayla help me out really good. Service advisor was really nice to me and got the work done for me, the only thing about it is that, I think she could have covered a rental car for m Service advisor was really nice to me and got the work done for me, the only thing about it is that, I think she could have covered a rental car for me because I had to take my vehicle back like three times. And all three times I had to pay for a rental when they the ones did not fix the part correctly and then took it dodge becasue they could not fix it. Then dodge fix it and then another part without that was connected with the same part. I dont recommend dodge vehicles at all. More

Delay in getting car. After paying the service bill we were told the car would be out right away. It took over 10 minutes and there was not that much activity. I asked the driver why it took so long, he said he was the only one available to deliver the car. In the past we have been very happy with the service, not so much this time. More

Started out rough with a total of 4 trips when trying to purchase a vehicle and then changing the monthly payments so we ended up actually handing the Keyes back and saying forget it we don’t want our service here since it’s been so awful. Couple days later they called with a price we liked and even threw in a second key since the vehicle we bought only came with one. We purchased this vehicle and told them from the start that the Bluetooth didn’t work, the person we tried talking too couldn’t hear us speaking. they said they would run it through inspection again. Got the vehicle the next day still didn’t work- still no second key. Made a service appointment about a week out waited there for 3 hours with two kids for them to say it’s the microphone for the Bluetooth that’s not working and it would take a week to come in. Okay, fine. Waited a week went back in waited for another 3 hours with two kids once again for a shuttle ride home because they couldn’t diagnose the problem. Got home around 11am. Haven’t hear from them-4pm I call and check the status and they say the will have someone call me back. Didn’t hear back so I called again at 5:30 was told again I would I would get a call back. At 5:50 I finally got a call back and was told that nevermind it’s another part that they have to order and it would be another week. We got this vehicle on the 5th it’s now the 28th and this still isn’t fixed. When I told them this is a big inconvenience we have been put out and put off multiple times by them they said there was nothing they can do. HORRIBLE customer service!!! Stay away from the sales manager Justin that’s the one who said everything we wanted to here when purchasing the vehicle and talked us into putting $1000 down more then we originally wanted to. And Ashley from the service department. And also still no second key that was promised at time of signing papers. More

Electrifying I recently had taken my car into the dealership after having starting issues. I had called AAA and had the car started after many unsuccessful attemp I recently had taken my car into the dealership after having starting issues. I had called AAA and had the car started after many unsuccessful attempts. The car computer left no codes for the dealership and they were at a loss so the Service Advisor told me to have it towed in even if it meant renting a car. I had the car Towed as I was instructed and within a short amount of time they isolated the problem to bad cells in the battery and I was back on the road under warranty. More
