The explanation for the tire pressure makes sense I guess, signals got crossed. My husband's experience with his Silverado was much worse. He had his oil change and his brakes checked and they said everything was good. Then a month or so later he took it on to have the exhaust checked because his tail pipes were black and they said the brakes and rotors were shot and there was no problem with the exhaust? How is that possible in that short of a time span? So $900.00 + later he picks up his truck . There would have to be something wrong for the tail pipes to always have black soot on them, but of course nothing, except for all the money that we paid More

Started off with great service When I originally came to the dealership I was very upset because we wasted a lot of time at one of their sister locations Toyota dealership. So when When I originally came to the dealership I was very upset because we wasted a lot of time at one of their sister locations Toyota dealership. So when I spoke with the sales lady Alicia at Chevrolet she was very understanding. I was very clear as far as what I wanted cost wise and I felt like she was really listening. The first car she showed me I fell in love with. She explained the waiting process to complete the purchase and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment since she knew I needed to pick up my daughter. I had agreed. I came back to complete everything. I felt like it was a smooth process to purchase. However the reason why I gave this review 3 stars is because of the follow through. We left really late that night but I had concerns about not having floor mats for the car and after the car was detailed there was a big obvious red stain on the carpet as and minor stains on the ceiling. She said that she would follow up on my concerns next few days which we were ok with because I would still need to come back for them to activate the lo jack. BUT its been 2 weeks after and 2 voicemails later of me reaching out with still no response. More

Took the time to make sure I got what I needed Sales person was Justin. We must have traveled to 3 different lots and storage yards looking for the perfect Colorado that had the options I wanted in Sales person was Justin. Once I was handed off to finance, I was assisted by Danny who took the time to go over all of my options and made sure I understood every decision I was making. I did not feel pressured to purchase or not purchase any additional items.
