Had to talk to just about everyone about getting my car back after 5 days of bad service. It really took five days to recognize a tire problem? And as for warranties? Yeah, total and complete waste of money. The warranty manager told me that when they balance and rotate your tires, it is just a basic service, they don’t guarantee it will be right or ready to run the road smoothly?!? Are you kidding? Plus, had to pay a 100 dollar deductible after they failed to fix my windshield wiper fluid pump on 3 separate occasions, but were more than happy to fix it after the basic warranty expired! Shameful service by this dealership. More

5 Star Dealership Every time I go to the dealership I am greeted with a smile and professionalism. Everyone from the service adviser, to the shuttle driver, to the pers Every time I go to the dealership I am greeted with a smile and professionalism. Everyone from the service adviser, to the shuttle driver, to the person working at the cafe is always so helpful and courteous. I have been in a few times for issues with my crossover and have not been in the best of moods but immediately once I arrive the vibe from everyone I come I contact with is always pleasant. It changes my mood. I was skeptical about making such a big purchase when I bought the crossover but I know I made the right decision because of the people who work at the dealership. The many times I have been there for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance I have never come across anyone who isn’t always pleaseant, courteous, and willing to help. They treat everyone with respect and , for lack of a better word, love. They really treat people the way they themselves would want to be treated if they were the customer. I have never been to any other business where the customer service is astronomical! I recommend this dealership to everyone I know who are looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I set up an appt and spoke with salesman over the phone who told me I did an instant KBB offer for my trade and John L Sullivan was the first to call. I set up an appt and spoke with salesman over the phone who told me of an employee that just went from the same car I had to a volt. I didn’t believe him but decided to go in anyway. When I got in he was unable to assist me because he was with another customer. So, who did he pair me with? The salesman who traded his luxury car for a volt! I’d say it was an instant connection that made the car leasing/buying process actually bearable! Not only was Justin (salesman) awesome but the remaining staff that assisted me throughout the process was amazing, as well. They’ve followed up with me to make sure everything is going well and to make sure I get any questions answered. Thank you, John L Sullivan for your excellent customer service. Delayed and half done Due to unforeseen work load my truck stayed in the shop an extra day before they could get to it, and they then forgot the car wash that was promised. Oil change and front brake change We got rude and dismissive service. We had a scheduled appointment at 7:30AM and we didn’t get our car back until late afternoon. Nobody would tell us when we could get the car and they couldn’t even be bothered for the complementary car wash we asked for, after making us wait all day and conduct business with extreme rudeness. And it is way to expensive for such horrible service! I’d rather go to speedee and at least be treated nice!! More
