I brought my 2017 Cadillac CTS V-Sport in for scheduled maintenance that is covered under warranty and maintenance agreement. They performed an oil change and what was supposed to be a 50 point inspection. The oil change seemed to be performed but the full inspection was obviously not done. All four of my tires needed replacing and they didn't even mention it but they did check the box on the paperwork. :/ Also I mentioned a warning message that the collision detection system needed service. Before the appointment they checked with a tech and said it could be done but they could not resolve the issue. They said they needed to talk with GM and they weren't open on Saturday. Not their fault but I did leave disappointed overall. I won't not recommend this dealership for service but for me and my Caddy I think I will try a Caddy dealer closer to me next time. This is not a Caddy dealer and we did have a really good buying experience with our 2018 Volt purchase. More

Oil Change Took forever to knock out a simple oil change. Got my car back and was told that there is a bubble in the tire.... the tire has 6k miles on it. I asked if that’s something under warranty and my service advisor didn’t even know if they were the factory tires on the car. Ended up having to spend almost $400 on a new tire because she didn’t know if it would be covered under warranty or not. More

However, that being said, the selection was incredible, straightforward and the most responsive during the initial internet search. The exact vehicle I was interested in was there and sales associate Adam remained with us throughout the entire process. I did indeed find that extremely positive. Never did we feel pressure to purchase the vehicle. After experiencing two other dealerships responses to my search I absolutely would and will start at JL Sullivan first next time. More
