Sales guy said the trade guy said he does not even want to look at the trade beacuse of the mileage. So we were leaving then the general manager came and said let's work something out. So we did some dealing we were only on the 2nd pencil and I knew we could have gotten the truck even 5K OTD. But they used there own FlexPay as DPA and we took the truck. More

We took it in for battery issues, and when I checked in for the service I was told I missed the battery warranty repair by less then a month. To have to pay $250 for the battery was defeating. Our truck had less then 36000 miles. The policy is stupid and the customer care team didn’t even try to confirm even an exception could be made. More

Great customer service I brought my car in on Friday because my car just wasn’t running right and the key fob wasn’t working, it was Labor Day weekend and Steve wasn’t sure I brought my car in on Friday because my car just wasn’t running right and the key fob wasn’t working, it was Labor Day weekend and Steve wasn’t sure that he was going to get my car in so I left it and he called me Saturday morning and told me it was ready, he is great at his job,I can tell he has been doing this for a long time. I think he should train people on how to do customer service. Cody is also great at his job good conversation and driving. I was very pleased with my visit to the service department and will definitely refer people there. Also I thought I was suppose to get 2 fobs with the car when I only received one.
