My brakes started making a weird squeaking noise about within a year after I purchased my NEW vehicle but it would cost me $150 just for them to look at it. My 3rd brake light started leaking, a known Chevy issue, and it would cost me over $100 to get it replaced. Don’t buy a vehicle here. John L Sullivan is a joke. More

LaPrincess Chappell kept the process moving and was very knowledgeable. The transaction took linger than expected as the dealership was very busy and it appeared they had only one finance guy working. Once in the finance office that process went smoothly, no attempts to change or upgrade, just explaining the oaperwork I was signing. They have a team that then explains the features of your new car and gets your phone paired up. Bonus was the box of chocolate chip cookies they gave us! More

Multi point inspection....... not so much. I took my car into JLS to have an oil change done. I was told that they would change the oil filter top off all my fluids rotate my tires do a multi-p I took my car into JLS to have an oil change done. I was told that they would change the oil filter top off all my fluids rotate my tires do a multi-point inspection. I'm disappointed to say that they didn't top off any fluids except for the one that they changed which was my oil. My power steering fluid was xxxx near bone-dry. Dont worry, I topped off the rest of the fluids. More
