It was good in the beginning. They were really good at first but then after they delivered my car I still have yet to receive my paperwork. Low atifreeze in resivore This has happened to me three times since I have bought new truck. Terrible Experience Hello, I am writing this email to make you aware of some serious issues we have experienced with multiple departments at your dealership. After 8 Hello, I am writing this email to make you aware of some serious issues we have experienced with multiple departments at your dealership. After 8 hours at the dealership on Monday, we decided on a 2017 Kia Forte that was listed on your website. After being shown the car and deciding to move forward with the purchase, we were informed we could not take the car home because it had to have a smog and safety inspection. We were told it would be ready Tuesday and at the absolute latest Wednesday. I received a call from Steven on Tuesday afternoon stating the car had a radiator leak and would not be ready until Thursday. I called on Thursday (today) to find out the status on the car. I explained the situation to Joy. She then transferred me to Pam. After explaining again to Pam, I was told she would call me back. She never did. I waited 2 ½ hours, and then called back. I spoke with another woman and explained the situation yet again. I asked to speak with the service manager, and was transferred to Penny Case. I yet again explained what was going on, to which she replied “ I will call you back in 5 minutes” 20 minutes later I did miss a call from someone from the dealership but they left no message. I called the dealer back and asked Joy to speak to Penny again. Joy put me on hold, and when she came back told me Penny would call me back as she was with a customer. Yet again I waited for her to return my call. She did not. My wife and I traded in our second car for the Kia, which left us with only one car. I first asked if we could get a loner, but was turned down because the car was to be ready at the beginning of the week. We have had to make arrangements all week to get us both to and from work. We still have no idea what is going on with the car, and are extremely disappointed in the lack of concern with this issue. It seems as though once you received our money for the purchase, interest in us and our concerns have been non-existent. It is 5:30PM on Thursday, and we still have no car or any idea when we might. The lack of decency and professionalism is appalling. I am reaching out as many people as possible with the hopes that someone will help us. Update: My wife finally got someone to call us back at 5:45PM on Thursday. Justin Arbis reached out to us and explained that we would not be getting the car until Monday. As dissipointing as this info is, at least we know when we will be able to pick up the car. Thank you Justin for being empathetic and, helpful as well as patient in listening to my concerns. I appreciate you offering us some options to help us get through this difficult experience. Hopefully my experience will help your dealership move forward towards offering better customer service and attention to detail.
