No customer service I picked up my car Saturday morning and noticed my all electric car had not been charged over night. When I noted that my electric car was almost out I picked up my car Saturday morning and noticed my all electric car had not been charged over night. When I noted that my electric car was almost out of battery (so low I couldnt make it home) no one cared. It should have been put on the charger and they had forgotten. I had a busy day and was highly inconvenienced by not having my car for the next four hours while it needed to charge. No one had time to talk with me even though I asked several times to speak with someone. I finally got someone to put it on the charger and they didn’t even do it correctly, wasting more of my time. I waited for almost an hour to speak to someone before I gave up and had my husband pick me up, another inconvenience as we do not live in town. More
